Unfortunately, if following the Cartesian method properly, we have not begun at the most basic level of thinking and progressed to the highest. Instead we all assume that we interpret the Bible the same way.

But then again, maybe we don't all believe in the Bible. But let's start simpler, maybe the Bible carries no truth, independent of our faith in it. Who knows?

Nobody in the whole world actually knows. If you claim you do, you are a ridiculous joke of a person. Perhaps everyone on this campus should actually take some time to explore their faith, question themselves and find the relative truth.

It exasperates me as a student to read so many misguided and ignorant responses to this very important issue at hand! I'm exasperated because I sit in my LAA 231 class and hear the logic of Socrates-know thyself-and other such ANCIENT philosophers instructing us on how to reach the truth. Sadly, many many years later, we haven't even reached his ANCIENT goal.

Don't pretend to give a profound and faithful answer when you haven't even a clue as to the meaning of your sacred scriptures or your twisted opinions. Don't even attempt to be logical when you only know about a pinch of the information you're attempting to lecture others about.

At this point, most of us have nothing to offer because we are so encircled by mountains of twisted truths and assumed opinions that we couldn't see the truth if it lay just over the hill...please gain some knowledge, and start with youselves.
