Hilltop Print Edition Returns After Seven Years
The Hilltop print edition hits the streets this week. The last time The Hilltop came out in print was the fall of 2002. An issue was published that year in October for Homecoming, and a second edition was also put out in the fall. The Hilltop has been an online student media outlet for the last eight years.
The print issue, available on campus in many buildings and in commercial locations in Madison and Buncombe counties, represents a return of the print publication as a supplement to the ongoing student journalism right here, hilltop.mhc.edu.
With the hardcopy return, the goal is to publish four issues each school year, twice each spring and fall. The next issue should be printed in May. Advertising is available now as well for both the online and print editions of The Hilltop. Check advertising rates.

day night Art Exhibit Ends This Week
The work of Asheville artist Ken Kotara will conclude its stay on the MHC campus this week. Kotara, a Louisiana native, has shown art across the country. His exhibit titled day night is showing through Friday, March 6, at the Weizenblatt Gallery in the Moore Fine Arts Building. The show includes 3- and 2-dimensional modern art and has been running since Feb. 2.
